Your stall fee includes:

• Stall placement — stall size approx. 10sqm
• Access to electricity
• 2 free ticket passes
• Social media advertising
• Adverts for your stall on our social media
• 20 000+ flyers distributed with your stall name around Newcastle

Market rules:

• Bring your own gazebo, tables, chairs, extension leads and equipment.
• Electrical appliances must be reviewed by the committee before approval.
• Set-up is from 1pm on the day; all set-ups and movements must be complete by 4:30pm.
• We do not offer category exclusivity — multiple vendors may sell similar products.
• Alcohol, illegal drugs and prohibited substances may not be sold. Strict security checks apply at the entrance.
• Stalls are booked only once full payment is received. No refunds after 1 November 2026.
• The organisers have no control over unforeseen weather conditions, and load shedding may affect parts of the event.

Disclaimer: Goslings Academy reserves the right to refuse, relocate, remove or cancel any stall at its discretion, including for non-compliance with market rules, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.
